Roof Assessment
The first thing we do when arriving at any house is to do a thorough inspection of every aspect of your roof. This includes checking the existing silicone seals, checking the gutters and valleys for debris, checking for rust and taking note of any areas that may need some additional attention
Hot Water
Pressure Cleaning
To ensure your roof restoration withstands the tough South Australian weather your roof must be properly cleaned. This stage is probably the most important part of any roof restoration which is why we use the biggest and best pressure cleaners in the industry. Hot water is used by our team to ensure that all contaminates are 100% removed, no other company in SA uses hot water but we pride ourselves on having the correct machinery for the job.

Preperation & Masking
Once the roof is clean, the preparation begins! We check over all the screws and flus ensuring their seals are still tip-top. We'll also check for and treat any rust that may be present during this stage ensuring you'll have a roof that lasts. Then we can begin masking up any areas that need protecting ensuring there is no nasty overspray over your beautiful home.
Priming & Painting
Once the roof is fully prepared the coating can begin! First we begin with the primer that is best suited to your roof to ensure maximum cohesion. Then we apply Astec's heat reflective membrane which effectively seals your roof away from the harsh South Australian weather.

Touch ups & the big reveal
The final step is to remove all the masking and then touch up any areas that were unable to be sprayed. Using masking means that the touch-ups are minimal but we would hate to miss any area of your roof, even if no one but us would know. Taking off the masking never fails to impress us and we hope that you will feel the same when you see your new roof!
